The following design concepts were eliminated since because they did not meet evaluation criteria.

The following are considerations for Design Concept A:
Parking will remain on both sides of the street
Boulevard will become narrower to accommodate trail
Off-street trail will be built on the lake side
Provides no reduction of impervious surface

The following are considerations for Design Concept B:
Narrower road supports traffic calming
Off-street trail built on lake side
Removal of parking provides flexibility of right-of-way uses:
Wider boulevards will accommodate more greenspace
Trail could be shifted away from homes and closer to roadway
Provides greatest reduction of impervious surface
